While well-meaning in isolation, collectively, the cumulative rules and requirements are stifling. This session will collect quick opinions about areas of concern, including DONE rules, BONC policies, Clerk's Funding policies, City Attorney's Brown Act advice, workplace rules, Digital Communications Policy, free speech limits, online meeting dictates, board seating policy, a broken grievance system, and unusable election systems.
