This year marks a special milestone as we return to City Hall for our 13th convening, coinciding with the 25th anniversary of the establishment of our Neighborhood Council system.
We're happy to share that this year's Congress of Neighborhoods, "Neighborhood Power, Citywide Impact: The Next 25 Years Start Now", will take place on Saturday, September 28th!
