This workshop will include a panel of recognized land use leaders to weigh in and offer guidance for NC Land Use Committees. Topics will include the forthcoming Housing Element, various DCP initiatives like Re:Code, the Entitlement notification system, TOC’s, how to link your community to meetings and documents, ways to discuss land use issues of local concern, and engage your community.
